1. Development cost: 3,900 THB
2. Minimum order quantity: 10 kilograms
3. 14 days: For modifications to the company standard formula, such as changing color, scent, or extract, the development process takes 14 business days.
4. 30 days: For developing a new formula or reverse engineering a customers sample, the development process takes 30 business days.
5. Sample delivery: The sample will be sent to the customer along with product information and a satisfaction evaluation form.
6. Customer feedback: The customer completes the satisfaction evaluation form and sends it back to the sales representative for further action.

In case the customer confirms the formula:

The Production Development Department will conduct stability testing of the product.

Timeline for Operations (Production Time)

1. Production time: 14 business days for orders of fewer than 3,000 units, and 21 business days for larger orders.
2. The production timeline starts after the customer approves the design and the company receives all packaging and necessary materials.
3. The customer will pay the remaining 30% of the total cost after production is completed and the goods are delivered.
